Montville is a thriving shopping village with a fantastic selection of cafes, restaurants, gift shops, and boutiques, all on Blackwell Range in the Sunshine Coast hinterland, where spectacular views of the coastline below compliment the European feel and quaint buildings.
For the first few weeks, we held our breaths and waited to be able to resume our near-normal lives, but as the weeks rolled into each other. The hope of any travel was dashed. In the course of this time, we had cancelled a weekend away with friends, stopped working on our still postponed trip to South Australia. We also gave up hope of me jumping out of a plane over fox Glacier in New Zealand to celebrate turning fifty. Then Phil and I decided to explore our own backyard, This not only gave us content and days out, but it awoke in us a love for the beautiful places so close to our home.
